The setting is beautiful at the temple and lots of opportunities to see and hear the wildlife. Accommodation and beds very comfortable and excellent air con. Tucked away next to a beautiful temple, we weren’t sure what to expect. Our rooms were simple and comfortable. As part of the temple grounds the environment was calm and comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast with a perfect view of the temple. The food and service was great, we will back again next time we choose to stay in Ubud.

Enjoyed an absolutely fabulous stay. The hotel's location is exceptional, with direct access to the water palace, making it very well situated. The team has been outstanding from Day 1; despite our late arrival, the check-in was effortless. The reception team, especially Mr. Arya Sanjaya, was exceptionally professional, serving as an excellent ambassador for Balinese culture and knowledgeable. The Cafe Lotus team was exceptional from the first minute; breakfast with a breathtaking view of the palace set the tone. We chose to have all our meals there due to the amazing food and friendly, professional staff, making us feel at home. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel with very positive vibes, especially for families with kids. Special thanks to the entire team, including the housekeeping staff. You truly made our visit exceptional.

The hotel is just simply BEAUTIFUL! The location couldn’t be better than this! The room was gorgeous! The bath tub and shower 🚿 is located “outside” and it provides a different experience. The hotel restaurant is inside to the Ubud Water Temple so you have special entrance to the restaurant (you need to pay to the Temple to have access to the Temple). For sure! I wish to stay here again! The team were soo nice and helpful.

Great location, lovely family room in traditional Balinese style. We loved the breakfast at the temple next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and the team were brilliant and could not recommend this place enough. If we ever return to Ubud this will surely be where we stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful garden, swimmingpool and with the friendly staff. The breakfast at the Lotus pool is really good. This accommodation is a perfect place to be at when your visiting Ubud. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.
